We design and furnish hospitality spaces that guests remember — from boutique hotels and beach clubs to premium villas and resort properties. Teak, rattan, natural materials. Sourced in Indonesia. Installed with intention.

We work with hospitality operators who understand that great design isn't decoration — it's the experience your guests post about, come back for, and tell their friends about.
We handle everything: interior design consultation, custom furniture sourcing from our network of Indonesian artisans, natural textiles, bedding with embroidery options, lighting, and full installation. One contact. One vision. One space, delivered.

Every space below was designed, sourced, and installed by Téakora — from concept to final styling. Each one built around its context, its guests, and its identity.
We work directly with a vetted network of artisan workshops in Bali and Java — families who have shaped teak and woven rattan for generations. This direct relationship means better quality, fair production, and the ability to create pieces that simply don't exist in any catalogue.
Premium-grade teak is naturally resistant to humidity, salt air, and UV — which is why it has furnished the world's finest coastal properties for decades. Paired with rattan, raphia, jute, and linen, every piece we source is built for the environments where design and nature meet.

You share your space, your budget, your guests, and your vision. We ask the right questions. No commitment required at this stage.
Our designer presents a mood board, material palette, and layout proposal — refined until it's exactly right.
We place orders with our Indonesian partners. Custom pieces crafted. Quality controlled. Packed and shipped to your location.
We handle delivery, assembly, and final styling on-site. You receive a photography-ready space, ready for your first guest.
These five projects are currently underway — each one a new chapter in the spaces we're shaping across the Caribbean. Follow along as they come to life.

Absolutely. We work with projects at every stage — whether you're starting from an empty shell, renovating a dated space, or simply refreshing a property that needs a new identity. There is no "wrong" starting point. Our process begins with understanding what you have, what you want, and what your guests need — then we build from there. If structural changes are required, we coordinate directly with architects and interior designers from our partner network.
There is no minimum. We work across every scale — from a single premium villa to a 62-storey condominium with 22 apartments per floor. What matters is the ambition of the project, not its size. Smaller projects often allow for greater creative freedom, while larger developments benefit from our procurement and production capacity. Whatever your scope, we tailor our approach accordingly.
Custom manufacturing is central to what we do — not an add-on. We design and produce bespoke furniture, lighting, and décor pieces through our network of artisan workshops in Bali and Java, Indonesia. If your project requires a headboard in a specific dimension, a dining table in a rare finish, or a pendant light that doesn't exist anywhere else — we build it. Every piece starts with a design brief, moves through prototyping and visual validation, and enters production only once you've approved it.
Both. For projects requiring architectural vision or spatial design before furnishing begins, we work with a trusted network of architects and interior designers who collaborate directly with us. We function as a seamless extension of your design team — handling sourcing, production, and installation while aligning with the overall creative direction. If you already have your own architect or designer, we're equally comfortable integrating into an existing project workflow.
Quality control is built into every stage of our process, not just the end. Because everything is made to order, each new reference goes through a prototyping phase — the piece is produced, photographed, and submitted for your visual and technical approval before full production begins. Once production is underway, we conduct double-checking at every export phase with photographic and video documentation at each step. If a piece doesn't meet our standards, it doesn't ship. In the rare event of a non-conformity on arrival, we manage the resolution directly — we never leave a client handling supplier issues alone.
Lead times vary depending on the complexity and volume of the project. As a general guide: standard pieces take 6 to 10 weeks from production confirmation to delivery in the Caribbean or Florida. Fully custom pieces require 10 to 16 weeks, including the prototyping and validation phase. We always provide a detailed project timeline at the start of each engagement — and we build buffer into the schedule so that your opening date is never at risk.
Yes, end-to-end. We manage international freight, customs documentation, and on-site installation. You don't need to deal with shipping agents, import paperwork, or logistics coordination. We have established relationships with freight forwarders and clearing agents across the Caribbean basin and in Florida, which allows us to anticipate delays, manage duties efficiently, and get your space installed on schedule.
This is one of our core strengths. Volume replication is where our production model really delivers — once a design is validated and a prototype approved, we can scale production across any number of identical or similar units with complete consistency. We've managed projects ranging from boutique multi-room hotels to large residential developments requiring standardised FF&E packages across dozens of apartments. One brief, one quality standard, replicated at scale.
Tell us about your project. We'll get back to you within 24 hours.
